2) Fees
All fees for the translation service are charged upfront and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service.
3) Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be provided under the following conditions:
a. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 3 hours of placing the order.
b. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
c. A 30% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of placing the order.
d. No refund will be given for cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of the order.
12. Interpreter Service Fees and Refund Policy
1) Service Description
Our interpreter service provides real-time language interpretation for online meetings. The interpreter will actively render necessary interpretation for the duration of the meeting between the customer and their counterpart participant(s).
2) Fees
All fees for the interpreter service are charged upfront. Any additional fees incurred due to extended interpretation time during the meeting will be charged immediately after the meeting concludes.
3) Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be provided under the following conditions:
a. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
b. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
c. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
